Creativity is an important part of our lives. For example, being in the school play may seem like a frivolous activity. As an adult when your job calls upon you to make a presentation in front of a Vice President of a Fortune 500 Company, you'll look back on that high school event and think "That was one of the most valuable experiences in my life!" As we age we need more and more creative experiences to help us cope with all changes around us. Sitting in a chair all the time will cause your muscles to atrophy and your joints to stiffen. Your brain needs exercise just as much to stay flexible and adapt to new situations. The best thing about creativity is, you can't use it up. The more you use, the more you have!
